POLICIES 

We ship by Fed Ex Ground. 

   Incorrect Item - If you receive an incorrect item-we need to know and also need to know if you still want the correct item. We will ship the correct item out regular ground at our expense.

Damaged Item - If you receive a damaged item from Fed Ex - we will reship another item at no charge to you. You must, however hold onto the item for 7 business days in case Fed Ex picks up the damaged item.

    Defective Item – If you receive a defective item - we will reship another item at no charge via Fed Ex ground. You must, however hold onto the item for 7 business days in case Fed Ex picks up the defective item.

      Returns – If you need to return an item to us for any reason other than the above we will only refund your cost of the item less 20% restocking fee if it is in stock-able condition. This means item must not be opened and can be put back in stock to be resold.
